Before discussing about how everything works, please let us discuss important tips.

1. Please read this post and the help center before you even create your first T- Card. 

2. Apart from serving as a host for ten directories, www.haveithosted.com also serves as a game-like system that promotes rating and review of everything listed. 

3. The T-Card is the building block of the system.

4. Every user gets a free T-Card which does not expire. You can buy more spaces as and when you feel you need more but you can still do well without extra T-Cards. Whenever you buy more spaces you pay once because they don't expire.

5. T-Card is a card for sending to your prospects to serve as testimonials. Although you can get ratings from the website itself, the main purpose of this game-like system is to encourage and help you to strive for excellence whenever you do anything so that you can ask for best ratings from those you served.

6. Scoring better ratings and having more reviews will also boost your T-Card when people/companies search from the app.

7. No matter how many T-Cards you have, you can only have one main one. This is the only card that'll allow you to enter a T-Card username. The T-Card username is searchable from the app. The main T-Card automatically displays up to 9 major social network links for users to follow you plus your website link if you have one.

8. A T- Card can either be Open Testimonial or Closed Testimonial. Open Testimonial can be rated and reviewed by anyone but Closed Testimonial can only be rated  by those you select. The people you ask to review your card need not to be members of www.haveitrated. For instance if you're running a business, you can send to anyone of your clients you just did some fine work for.

9. You can make all your T-Cards ratings and reviews visible to anyone. You can also make them only visible to those you select. But their invisibility will not prevent people from rating you.

10. Please familiarize yourself with all the different directories so that when you create your T-Card you'll know which one to select. For the purpose of data-integrity, it might not be possible for you to change some of the things in your T-Card after submission.

11. One other purpose of www.haveitrated.com is to help you make almost anything rated. If you don't find the directory of what you do mentioned specifically, don't worry. HaveItRated relies more on the search keywords. For instance, you won't  find Accounting directory. But if your business is Accounting and you put the word accounting in search keywords of your T-Card it will be picked when people search.

12. T-Cards are searched by location. You can search worldwide, per country, per province or per city. You'll remember that on the previous post we mentioned how the results are sorted. 

13. YOU CAN ENTER TOP20 IF YOU LIKE

Although any T-Card is eligible for search and can be displayed when the relevant category is clicked, Have It Rated has a top twenty that any T-Card can enter at any time. The application always displays Top20 from every sub-directory.  Entering it to Top20 will also enable users to go to your website without having to open the T-Card first.
